Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Below is our refund and cancellation policy for bookings at Saffron Inn:
1. Room Bookings Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in: full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: 50% refund.
No-show without cancellation: No refund.
2. Restaurant Reservations Table bookings are not charged in advance. However, please inform us in advance of cancellations.
3. Refund Method Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Modification of Bookings Date changes are allowed subject to availability.
Any changes may be subject to revised pricing.
5. Force Majeure Saffron Inn is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.). Refund decisions in such cases will be at our discretion.
